The Human Resources (HR) Generalist is responsible for leading the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to provide a broad range of HR services to Global Accounting Services Business Unit within H&M Group.

Organizational Design & Process Implementation:
Partner with leaders to assess and shape organizational structures within their teams, ensuring alignment with business objectivesDeliver HR services and build capabilities to drive organizational performance through individuals and managers as well as identify issues and recommend solutionsResponsible for HR delivery and implementation across the employee lifecycleImplement and continuously improve scalable people processes, such as performance reviews, succession planning, compensation programs, etcCollaborate with stakeholders to adapt processes that meet both current needs and long-term goalsTalent Support:
Act as a trusted advisor for team members and leaders on HR policies, talent development, and organizational needsSupport management of team member relations cases, including investigations, documenting findings, coaching leaders, and recommending solutionsServe as a key point of contact for managers, providing guidance, support, and creative solutions to drive engagement and productivityBusiness Partnering Data-Driven Insights:
Partner with business managers to resolve Employee Relations (ER) issues, ensuring appropriate actions are taken and risks are assessedCoordinate and consult with country HR partners to deliver regional activitiesLead and/or initiate cross H&M projects as well as train new team membersMonitor talent performance and engagement through data analysis, identifying trends and addressing challenges proactivelyLeverage insights to recommend innovative approaches for team development and organizational successAdaptability & Continuous Improvement:
Excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities may shift rapidlyEmbrace ambiguity as an opportunity to identify gaps and create impactful, scalable solutionsTake on additional projects as needed, reflecting the evolving needs of a high-growth organizationQualificationsExperience: 7+ years in HR, talent management, or related roles, with demonstrated expertise in performance management. Preferable experience of supporting Finance & Accounting teams.Collaboration: Proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams in a global matrix structured company, providing actionable insights and support to achieve shared goalsAnalytical Skills: Strong proficiency in analyzing data, using metrics to inform decisions, and a detail-oriented mindset (proficiency in spreadsheets is essential). Proficient in Microsoft Office, PeopleSoft/ SAPProactivity & Independence: Self-starter who excels with minimal supervision, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvementStart-Up Experience: Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment is a strong advantage.Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills, fostering collaboration across diverse teamsEducation:
