Description
We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in Greater Sacramento Area. As an integral part of our team, the HR Manager will play a strategic role in managing and supporting the HR functions across multiple programs and corporate functions. This role will require the individual to work in partnership with regional, program, and corporate leaders to implement HR strategies and improve business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as a trusted partner to Program Leaders, providing strategic HR and talent support
• Implement and apply HR best practices and action plans to improve business outcomes
• Ensure functional HR integrity, including the fair, equitable, and practical application of policies and procedures
• Drive engagement and retention, improve performance, support employee development, and facilitate learning and development
• Employ excellent judgment, decision-making, and consultancy to recommend and implement HR strategies
• Use ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, HCM for processing customer applications and maintaining accurate customer records
• Manage benefit functions, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Resolve employee relations issues and streamline hiring processes
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
Requirements • Proficiency with ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
• Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Familiarity with Ceridian and HCM software
• Understanding of Benefit Functions
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Compliance procedures and regulations within HR
• Proven experience in Employee Relations management
• Demonstrated ability in overseeing Hiring Processes
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a HR Manager role, or similar, is advantageous
• Ability to interpret and analyze HR data to make informed decisions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to make decisions under pressure
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
