Description We are offering a direct permanent employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in the Manufacturing industry, located in El Paso, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including employee engagement, compliance, hiring processes, and handling detail oriented terminations. You will also be required to handle safety-related matters, with a strong emphasis on Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and lead various aspects of employee engagement initiatives within the organization. • Execute detail oriented terminations and mitigate possible liabilities associated with this process. • Manage hiring processes to ensure the organization is attracting and retaining top talent. • Ensure company-wide compliance with various regulations and laws, particularly in relation to employment practices. • Oversee safety-related matters within the organization, with a strong focus on OSHA compliance. • Utilize ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, and Ceridian for various HR functions. • Leverage HCM for effective human capital management within the organization. • Manage benefit functions, ensuring employees are adequately informed and benefits are administered correctly. • Facilitate effective communication across the organization, fostering an environment of transparency and openness. • Utilize Spanish language skills to communicate effectively with a large number of Spanish-speaking employees. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience with Ceridian Human Capital Management system
• Understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) principles and practices
• Knowledge of Benefit Functions in a manufacturing environment
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Understanding of Compliance requirements in HR
• Ability to maintain positive Employee Relations
• Experience with Hiring Processes and best practices
• Proficiency in Spanish Language
• Familiarity with regulations of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)
