Description
We are in search of a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team based in Miami, Florida. This role is critical within our investment management firm, and will involve managing recruitment and talent acquisition, especially in the areas of finance and equity investment. The role will be entirely onsite and will provide an opportunity for the candidate to demonstrate their skills in communication, compliance, employee relations, and hiring processes.
Responsibilities:
• Leading recruitment processes for various roles within the firm, including hedge fund talent, day traders, front and back office positions, and quantitative traders with or without portfolios
• Ensuring the firm's recruitment strategies align with the specific needs of the investment industry
• Utilizing various talent sourcing methods to attract top-tier professionals for our team
• Managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
• Overseeing the hiring processes from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and effective experience for all involved
• Leveraging technical recruiting strategies to attract and retain the best talent in the industry
• Nurturing relationships with potential future hires and establishing a strong talent pipeline
• Coordinating with other departments to understand their talent needs and adjusting recruitment strategies accordingly
• Implementing and managing executive recruitment processes to secure high-level talent for the firm
• Continually improving our talent acquisition strategies to ensure we remain competitive in the recruitment industry.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comprehensive understanding of compliance regulations and standards within the HR field
• Proven experience in managing employee relations and fostering a positive work environment
• Familiarity with hiring processes and recruitment strategies
• Knowledge or experience in the Hedge Fund industry would be an advantage
• Experience with Atomico Investment Firm or similar firms would be beneficial
• Extensive knowledge of the recruiting industry, with a focus on technical and executive recruitment
• Proven track record in technical recruiting
• Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and talent sourcing strategies
• Able to work well in a team and lead HR initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field (preferred)
