Description Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Elk Grove Village, is seeking an experienced Bilingual HR Manager to lead HR operations in a fast-paced plant environment. This role will oversee employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and HR strategy to ensure a productive and engaged workforce. Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 + Bonus. Benefits: Employer-paid medical insurance for employe, dental & vision insurance, 401(k) with company match and 2 weeks PTO Responsibilities: + Serve as the primary HR point of contact for plant employees and management. + Handle recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to support business needs. + Manage employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution. + Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws. + Oversee benefits administration and support payroll processing. + Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace culture. + Lead safety and training initiatives to promote a safe work environment. Requirements Qualifications: + Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required + Experience working in a manufacturing or plant environment – Required + 5+ years of HR experience + Strong knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and HR best practices. + Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
