Human Resources (HR) Manager
Description We are in search of a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in the steel manufacturing industry situated in Winston Salem, North Carolina. As an HR Manager, you will be in charge of multiple responsibilities ranging from managing employee relations to overseeing recruitment processes, while providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Responsibilities • Oversee and manage all aspects of employee relations within the organization. • Direct and supervise the recruitment process, ensuring the hiring of suitable candidates for various roles. • Act as a primary resource for the leadership team, providing valuable insights and advice on HR matters. • Process and oversee payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. • Maintain and manage personnel records, ensuring all employee data is accurate and up to date. • Address and resolve any employee relations issues that may arise, implementing effective solutions. • Use HR software proficiently • Ensure compliance with all company policies and legal regulations. • Manage HCM and Benefit Functions within the organization. • Maintain effective communication across all levels of the organization. Requirements • Minimum 10 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within the manufacturing industry. • Experience with payroll processing and administration • Experience with benefit functions, including planning and administration. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization. • Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and best practices in the HR field. • Proven track record in maintaining positive employee relations. • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing effective hiring processes.
