Human Resources (HR) Manager
Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in Irvine, California. As an HR Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering a positive work culture. Responsibilities: • Overseeing the entire recruitment process, from job postings to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees. • Serving as the primary contact for addressing employee concerns and mediating disputes. • Staying updated with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and ensuring company policies align with these. • Managing payroll processes, tracking employee hours, and overseeing benefits enrollment procedures. • Executing training programs to enhance employee skills and encourage career growth. • Developing systems for performance reviews and assisting managers with providing coaching and feedback. • Actively promoting a culture of teamwork, respect, and accountability within the workplace. • Maintaining accurate employee records and handling confidential information responsibly. Requirements • Proven experience in ADP - Financial Services • Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now • Comprehensive understanding of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode • Familiarity with Ceridian software • Proficient in HCM (Human Capital Management) • Demonstrable experience in managing Benefit Functions • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Solid understanding of HR compliance regulations • Strong track record in maintaining positive Employee Relations • Experience in managing Hiring Processes • Previous experience in the Restaurant industry is a plus • Knowledge of Restaurant management would be an advantage TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
