The Human Resource Manager will set up all processes and procedures for the human resource department. Your responsibilities include employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, and recruitment. Responsibilities: • Set up all processes and procedures for the human resource department • Manage and improve employee relations and engagement • Oversee performance management and conduct performance reviews • Handle recruitment, spearheading full-cycle recruiting efforts • Administer FMLA and LOA processes • Oversee benefit administration functions and ensure compliance • Conduct compensation reviews and maintain accurate records • Provide backup support for payroll functions • Use effective communication skills to resolve employee inquiries and issues • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
