Description We are offering a temp to hire employment opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in Irvine, California, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with regulations, administering payroll and benefits, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Responsibilities • Oversee the recruitment processes, from job postings to interviewing and new employee orientation. • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee concerns and mediate disputes when necessary. • Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies. • Administer payroll processes, track employee hours, and manage benefits enrollment. • Implement training programs to enhance employee skills and promote detail-oriented development. • Develop performance review systems and assist managers with coaching and feedback. • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and accountability. • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
