Description We are in need of a diligent Human Resources (HR) Manager to be a part of our team in the industry located in GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, United States. In this role, you will be entrusted with the task of managing customer applications, maintaining precise customer records, and addressing customer inquiries. You will also have the responsibility to supervise customer accounts and take necessary actions.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently and accurately process customer credit applications
• Preserve precise customer credit records
• Provide explanations on company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants
• Address questions about eligibility, earnings, benefits, and other significant information
• Prepare and compile reports and documents related to personnel activities
• Post job vacancies for available positions
• Conduct new permanent orientations as part of the onboarding process
• Schedule and conduct background checks for applicants and Agency personnel
• Review timesheets, wage computation, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies
• Process and issue employee paychecks and statements of earnings and deductions. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is essential
• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is necessary
• Familiarity with Ceridian is a must
• Capable of handling HCM (Human Capital Management) systems
• Ability to manage Benefit Functions effectively
• Excellent Communication skills are crucial
• Strong Compliance management capabilities are needed
• Proven track record in Employee Relations is desirable
• Expertise in Hiring Processes is a significant advantage
