What We’re Looking For:

A strategic thinker with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

2+ years’ experience in managing projects or performing project management functions required.

5+ years’ HR experience required.

​Project Management Certification or Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

A data-driven problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills with a passion for innovation.

Collaborate across departments to ensure alignment with organizational strategies and goals.

Evaluate project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and implement improvements for future success.
