**HR Director – Manufacturing & Food Service Equipment** We are seeking an experienced **HR Director** to lead strategic human resources initiatives, drive organizational performance, and cultivate a high-performing workplace culture. This role will partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that attract top talent, enhance employee engagement, and align with business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** + Develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and workforce planning to support business growth. + Partner with senior leadership to drive talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development. + Foster a high-performance culture through recognition programs and engagement initiatives. + Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market alignment and employee satisfaction. + Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies on hiring, terminations, benefits, and payroll. + Champion a positive work environment aligned with company values and ethics. **Qualifications:** + 10+ years of HR leadership experience, including direct team management. + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. + Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. + **Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.** + Experience working in a manufacturing or food service equipment environment is a plus.
