Collaborating withinHR andwithother departments, you will implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience.Therole includes supporting and auditing HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, and communicating system changes. Compliance with bank regulations and policies is essential, and you will stay informed on regulatory updates. You will embody our corporate culture, take initiative, and serve as a positive example. **About You:** Youhave at least two years’experience working within a human resourcesrole, with at least one yearof experience focused on HRIS, and youpossess strong verbal and written communication skills necessary for providing technical support, training users, and communicating system changes and deadlines.You are skilled in collecting, organizing, and maintaining employee data, with a strong focus on accuracy and integrity, with an innate ability to analyze HR data, generate reports, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.You are highly skilled with MS Exceland,aspreferred qualifications, haveintermediate to advanced proficiencywithADP Vantage, Jobvite,Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePointapplications.
