Ware Malcomb has an exciting opportunity for an intern to join our Human Resources team in Mexico City!
The Human Resources intern is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day administrative functions of the Human Resources Department under the direction of the Senior Human Resources Specialist.Your RoleProvides excellent customer service to team members in our Mexico City and Monterrey offices, and Site Supervision team located throughout Mexico.Partners with Senior Human Resources Specialist on administrative functions, such as data entry in various Human Resources-related databases.Assists with creating and maintaining team members’ electronic personnel files.Assists with verification of employment letters.Responds to inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.Assists in onboarding activities for new team members.Supports company culture and company events.Performs ad hoc tasks as required.QualificationsBilingual (Spanish/English) is required.Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.Well-organized and detail-oriented are essential traits required of the individual.Ability to positively interface with all levels of team members is essential.Ability to prioritize multiple and competing tasks is essential.Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure is essential.Evokes a teamwork mentality and is dependable.Ensures confidentiality in all aspects of the Human Resources Department is essential.Established in 1972, Ware Malcomb is a contemporary and expanding full service design firm providing professional architecture, planning, interior design, civil engineering, branding and building measurement services to corporate, commercial/residential developer and public/institutional clients throughout the world.
