Kimley-Horn is looking for a Human Resources (HR) Intern to join our Twin Cities office on their HR team! This is an office-based role at 767 Eustis Street, St. Paul, MN.

Responsibilities Assist HR Team with new hire onboarding and integration tasks including pre-employment paperwork, completing I-9 verifications, background checks and drug tests.Assist recruiters with job postings, recruiting materials preparation, career fair and candidate interview coordination, travel arrangements for candidates and logistics for internal and external teamAssist with preparation and coordination of HR training sessionsParticipate in all steps of recruiting process including sourcing candidates, screening candidates, extending job offers, etc.Utilize the HRIS system to prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications and presentationsProactively track and follow up on assignments and provide status updates to multiple team membersPerform other administrative duties including data entry, word processing, photocopying, mailing, scanning, filing, and note typingOther duties as assigned Qualifications In the process of receiving a degree (Bachelors or Masters) by Summer 2026 in one of the following majors:Human ResourcesBusiness AdministrationMarketingCommunications Related FieldsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent verbal and written communication skillsPositive attitude and an impressive work ethicClear sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet deadlinesAttention to details and ability to contribute to a positive work environment

Hourly Pay Rate:

$19.00/hr
