Human Resources Intern

What You’ll Do:

Supports one or more human resources departments (e.g. compensation, benefits).  Responsible for leading some HR projects as assigned by the supervisor or requested by the incumbent.  May perform administrative tasks as needed.

·         Depending on the assigned department, duties may include:

o    Updating and creating job descriptions

o    Updating employee development records (e.g. training courses attended)

o    Supporting the rollout of projects and initiatives

o    Administrative tasks such as scheduling and filing employee documents

o    Pulling and analyzing data

o    May assist with orientation of new hires

o    Other duties as assigned
