Job Summary:

CooperVision is looking for students interested in learning how Human Resources play an integral part of the success in a global organization. This internship will support HR projects and initiatives in various functions of the business as well as facilitate & execute the summer internship program calendar. You will gain an understanding of CooperVision’s approach to the HR model, particularly interactions with our Centers of Expertise (COE) Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Organizational Effectiveness, Total Rewards and HR Systems. 

This position is targeted to allow the incumbent to focus their career endeavors to a future HR position. This role will include interaction with senior leadership and a final presentation to the Corporate leadership team about your experience including recommendations.
