As an HR Intern, in our Human Resources Division, you’ll get the change to gain valuable experience supporting functions like recruiting, immigration, onboarding, training, and compliance that help support critical infrastructure and the safe, reliable operation of power systems around the world.
As an HR Intern, a typical day might include the following:
• Calling candidates, scheduling interviews, and keeping detailed hiring documentation
• Working with new hires, third parties, and outside counsel to coordinate international moves
• Coordinating and improving processes related to onboarding
• Learning about and applying broader HR knowledge to solving real business challenges
• Coordinating and producing training sessions
• Assist in organizing employee engagement events as an activity
• Other duties as assigned
