This is a part time paid internship starting immediately and running through early summer of 2025, with a possible extension based on workload. What We-re Looking For: + Currently enrolled in a Human Resources, Business Administration, or related program. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn. + Ability to work in an office setting while actively pursuing a degree. + Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information. What You-ll Be Doing: + Assisting with the onboarding and offboarding process for employees. + Supporting wage adjustments, status changes, and employee records updates. + Participating in C2AE-s recruiting efforts, including screening candidates and scheduling interviews. + Managing candidate correspondence and providing timely updates. + Maintaining and updating external job postings to ensure accuracy and visibility. + Collaborating with the HR team on various HR initiatives and process improvements.
