This internship will provide hands-on experience in various HR functions, including talent acquisition, training & development, and career pathing. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with our corporate HR team to support key initiatives and gain valuable experience. Internship Dates: June 2nd – August 7th From yourEXPERTISEto ours Key responsibilities for this position include: + Support career pathing initiatives by researching best practices and assisting in framework development + Partner with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team to source candidates, post job openings, and manage applicant tracking + Help create and refine interview materials, including guides, assessments, and structured questions + Participate in HR projects and provide administrative support as needed + Assist in developing and executing the annual training plan + Assisting with various HR duties relating to onboarding as assigned Requirements From yourSTORYto ours Qualified applicants will contribute the following: + Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field + Strong organizational and project management skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus Lactalis Heritage Dairy is an equal employment opportunity employer.
