In this role, you would assist the People Enrichment and Talent teams on priorities related to Strengthening the Foundation with tasks such as defining global onboarding, updating job profiles, outlining core processes, engaging with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) etc. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in getting exposure to the Centers of Excellence within HR. This summer internship program is paid, with full-time hours during the day, and based out of our Minneapolis, MN headquarters on a hybrid schedule.
