Position Overview

The Human Resources Intern role will provide an opportunity to gain experience within various areas of the Human Resources department supporting the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging area.

This position is based in Rosemont, IL.  Temporary housing is not provided for this role.

Build DEIB Social Media presenceDevelop a DEIB library, calendar of events, and DEIB micro-learnings

Required Experience:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelors program at least to the sophomore level at an accredited college or universityPursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, or related fieldPassionate about Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and BelongingCommitted to ensuring a work culture of inclusion for all!Digitally savvy - proficient in Excel and PowerPointStrong analytic skillsExcellent writing, communication, and relationship management skillsDemonstrates attention to detail and concern for qualityAbility to work with all levels within the organizationSelf-starter with proven organizational, analytic, and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to conduct research and benchmark for best practices
