The HRLDP program is a special initiative focused on developing the company's future HR leaders through a three-year program. **Position Scope** + Corning Incorporated is seeking students actively enrolled in ILR, and HR majors to assume intern roles in the Human Resource Function. + The selected individuals will have the opportunity to work with Human Resource Directors/Managers in one of our business divisions or Centers of Excellences (COEs) + The interns will gain exposure to strategies, policies and processes within the HR function + Specific project work will entail partnering with HR and Business leaders in one of the following areas, including but not limited to: Talent Management, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment, Legal/ER, Diversity Management, etc. This would provide the opportunity for you to apply your knowledge gained in your education program.
