Human Resources Internship - 2025

The HR Intern will support the Talent Development team. As an intern, this role will receive practical, hands-on learning experiences in human resources with a goal of applying their classroom education to actual LCS projects and assignments.

 

The Role: 

Cvent: keep events updated, files uploaded, assist with registration and payment details.  Assist with planning content for conferences by attending planning calls and participating in discussions to determine content.  Research topics for General Sessions or Breakouts for disciplines Update all agendas and collateral to “Experience is Everything” branding and eliminate “Together We’re Greater” tagline.  Additional projects may be identified as needed.

 

Experience, Knowledge, and Skills:

Technology proficient to update Cvent site for all conferences Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Self-motivated and able to work independently Detail-Oriented Task-Minded Microsoft Word Office Proficient (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Highly developed organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Creativity to enhance training content development.  High level of competency with Microsoft Office Suite.  Quick learner, strong collaboration, and interpersonal skills
