Title: HR Leader
Location: Orlando, FL
Compensation: $100 - 120K

As the HR Leader for this growing restaurant brand, you will be at the forefront of shaping a dynamic, people-centered culture that drives employee engagement and supports business success. You’ll lead talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development initiatives, ensuring that the team is motivated, well-equipped, and aligned with company goals. Your leadership will be essential in creating a workplace that attracts top talent, retains valued team members, and fosters a sense of belonging across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Strategy: Drive the recruitment strategy to attract top-tier talent for all levels of the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement effective hiring processes, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and building a pipeline of future talent. Employee Engagement & Retention: Develop and implement programs that promote engagement and a positive workplace culture. Regularly gather feedback through surveys and other channels, using insights to strengthen retention and support a collaborative work environment. Performance Management & Development: Design and oversee a comprehensive performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, and continuous feedback loops. Partner with leaders to identify development opportunities and ensure the team has access to learning and growth resources. Policy Development & Compliance: Ensure all HR policies are up-to-date and in line with regulatory standards, fostering an environment of fairness, consistency, and accountability. Monitor industry best practices, adjusting policies as needed to remain competitive and compliant. Leadership Support: Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, offering strategic guidance on organizational development, succession planning, and workforce planning to support long-term growth.

Your Skills & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; an advanced degree or HR certification (such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR) is a plus. Experience: Strong background in HR management, with a proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Experience in a multi-site or hospitality environment is advantageous. Communication & Leadership: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels and influence organizational change. Strategic Vision: Ability to think strategically, offering creative solutions that align with business goals and enhance the employee experience. Technical Skills: Proficient in HRIS and data analysis tools to support informed decision-making and streamline HR operations.
