This position is in-person and onsite, requiring regular travel between hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

Empowerment and Support: Serve as the go-to HR resource for employees and managers, fostering an inclusive culture, and addressing workplace concerns promptly and effectively.Strategic Collaboration: Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement HR programs seamlessly, ensuring effective communication and anticipating challenges.Employee Relations: Proactively manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, providing guidance, conducting investigations, and collaborating with HR Business Partners and legal counsel as needed.Performance Enhancement: Coach leaders through performance concerns, facilitate performance reviews, and ensure fair and equitable treatment across all levels.Compliance and Analytics: Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations while leveraging data and analytics to drive meaningful insights and strategies.

Qualifications:

Experience and Education: Minimum of 3-5 years in an HR/Generalist role required. California HR certification is strongly preferred.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office applications and HRIS systems; Ceridian experience is advantageous.Proactive Problem Solver: Navigate ambiguity with ease, handling multiple tasks, and prioritizing effectively.HR Expertise: Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws, with a knack for navigating ambiguous situations.Empathetic Leader: Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, fostering trust and collaboration across all levels of the organization.

Compensation: 
$80,000 - $90,000 base compensation, with a variable bonus of up to 10% based on market performance.
