Our Human Resources Manager will be responsible for implementing, and coordinating HR programs, policies and procedures for all Frontline staff. *KRONOS and Union experience on a campus setting is strongly preferred.* They will participate in and lead HR initiatives and special projects.
Our leader will manage HR functions such as Employee Relations, talent acquisition and development, and legal & regulatory compliance, manage multiple projects while performing the day-to-day duties and responsibilities of the position, excellent communication skills; both verbal and written are essential, a proven ability to manage complex HR organizations and multiple locations as well as excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
The ideal candidate will have:
Union experience is preferred Strong computer skills including KRONOS and Microsoft Office SuitePersonnel file maintenance, EEO/AA Planning, and OFCCP experienceBenefits administration and Employee Training and engagement experienceRecruitment Experience in a high volume seasonal environment or equivalentManagement and processing experience for HRIS and payroll systems, preferably ADPHuman Resources multi-unit management experience, providing generalist responsibilities for a diverse team of front-line and management level employeesKnowledge of Federal, State and labor laws, to include compliance and regulatory itemsEmployee Relations and Labor relations experience in an HR capacityBachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience and PHR certification preferred but not requiredIf you have the following skillset, then we would love to hear from you:
