Sodexo is hiring an on-site Human Resources Manager to support our Child Nutrition team at Elkhorn Public Schools in Elkhorn, NE. This roll will collaborate with the on-site management team to promoting corporate values and shape a positive culture.  This role is a bridge between management and employee relations by addressing frontline employee demands, grievances, or other issues. At Sodexo, we deliver food, nutrition, environmental and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools. Joining us at one of our school sites means fostering healthy learning environments and positively influencing the students’ well-being and performance.

recruit and onboard frontline hires utilizing onboarding and payroll systems

possess knowledge of state and federal HR laws

maintain active and terminated employee files

coordinate and conduct required monthly training

possess excellent customer service skills for phone conversations and email responses

understand and respect sensitive and confidential information

have excellent computer skills with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook as well as the ability to learn additional computer programs as needed

complete special projects based on business needs regarding human resources data and analysis

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year of HR experience
