Human Resources Manager
Job Description

We're looking for a talented Human Resources Manager to join our team supporting eBay in San Jose, CA. This position will be fully on-site at the San Jose office. 

 

As the Human Resources Manager, you will provide HR Generalist support for a high-profile tech client in the Silicon Valley. This position is also responsible for providing management and administration of the employee lifecycle processes.

Job Responsibilities Issue resolution, follow up and recommendations for corporate COE’s including but not limited to: Hotline calls response, investigation and follow, Corrective action/performance management consulting, and Policy interpretationEmployee Engagement Initiatives – Engagement Action Plan development and follow-up, corporate engagement, and celebration activities point of contact/coordinatorTalent Acquisition – corporate Accelerate to Leadership and Step up to Leadership point of contactMonitor, track, analyze, report, and leverage HR metricsBenefits and payroll assistance as neededOnboarding programs and initiativesAssess, creates, and delivers leadership skills and development training programsPromotes a workplace environment that honors Aramark's Mission, Vision, and Values and its commitments to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communicationHR/SPHR certification preferredProficiency in all Microsoft Office applications is requiredHuman resources planning and organizational development experience desiredMust have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Human ResourcesIdeal candidates will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalentEmployment relations experience including conducting investigations and resolution development is requiredProven ability to effectively interact, communicate, and consult with multiple levels of management on a routine basisStrong analytical skills are requiredAbility to train and deliver presentations, internally and externally, for growth opportunitiesSolid understanding of financial and business objectives and problem-solving skills. Organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and set priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentMust take initiative to improve processes as neededAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization existsAbout Aramark
