This individual will plan, coordinate and direct Human Resources activities of the County and oversee the daily operational activities of the Human Resources Department. Assist the County Administrator in researching and providing counsel regarding Human Resource matters. 1. Possession of an Associate’s Degree from an accredited College in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or a related field is required 2. Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an approved College or University in Human Resources Management, Public Administration, or a closely related field is preferred 3.
