As a Human Resources Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping a positive and productive work environment by:

Developing and executing HR strategies that support business goals and drive department performance.Providing strategic HR advice and guidance to plant leadership.Managing employee relations, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management.Ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.Coordinating safety training programs and maintaining a safe work environment.Managing payroll and benefits administration.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might:

Have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldHave 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environmentHave a strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practicesHave excellent communication and interpersonal skillsBe capable of managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasksBe proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., ADP)Hablamos Español
