Location: 650 Dudley Street, Dorchester
Pay Range: $78,000 to $81,000 per year
The Kroc Human Resources Manager is responsible for but not limited to employee relations, including conflict resolution, maintaining employee payroll records, performance appraisal process, and training & development. Must be able to work nights and weekends on occasion.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fieldCertification in payroll a plusMinimum three (3) years of Human Resources experience Experience with Payroll required.Must have 3-5 years’ experience with directly handling employee relations matters including conflict resolution. Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork.Current working knowledge of applicable state and federal labor and employment lawsExcellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written & verbal)Must be able to communicate effectively in English.High level of confidentiality, discretion, and judgmentWorking knowledge of Human Resources Information SystemsStrong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.Strong work ethic and team playerAbility to communicate with various levels of management in a professional manner.
