Human Resources Manager

The ideal candidate for the Human Resources Manager position will have experience in all areas of the Human Resource function. The position responsibilities include payroll processing, benefit administration, recruitment and retention, colleague relations, counseling, safety and training/development. This position will report to the Assistant Director of Human Resources and Area Director of Human Resources, as well as support one Human Resources Coordinator. Human Resources Manager responsibilities include: + Develop and implement a personalized colleague on-boarding experience that focuses on the uniqueness and caring culture of Hyatt Regency Clearwater Resort and Spa + Maintain a fluent understanding of all elements of the HR function and work closely with operational leaders to proactively identify ways to enhance the colleague experience to constantly drive colleague engagement and reduce team member turnover + Process weekly payroll and train new leaders on payroll management + Play an active role in the ongoing development of hotel colleagues, including identifying and leading formal learning sessions as well as leading colleague feedback discussions + Maintain a proactive safety culture. Hold routine Safety Committee meetings & walkthroughs. Respond to all work related injuries.
