Job Description
As our HR Manager, you will lead HR functions, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and more. You will ensure our initiatives align with strategic goals, driving our organization forward.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate payroll processing via ADP.Drive recruitment and onboarding processes.Administer employee benefits.Coordinate rewards and recognition initiatives.Maintain HR systems and ensure successful benefits enrollment.Foster positive employee relations and implement new policies.Oversee ADP carrier feed implementations and drive process improvements.Manage employee performance and succession processes.Essential SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Project management and analytical skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.Knowledge of HR principles and practices.Additional Skills & QualificationsDegree in HR or related discipline preferred.6-10+ years of HR management experience.Experience with compensation structures.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
