Are you a dynamic and strategic HR professional eager to take the next step in your career? A growing tech company in beautiful Del Mar, CA, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and shape our people operations.
Key Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with executives to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, supporting organizational growth and cultural alignment.
+ Lead full-cycle recruiting for key roles, particularly hard-to-fill and specialized technical positions, while building innovative retention programs to attract and retain top talent.
+ Oversee payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee policies to ensure efficient operations and adherence to labor laws.
+ Champion culture-building initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and employee recognition efforts to create an outstanding employee experience.
+ Provide coaching, counseling, and mediation for teams while developing performance management systems that encourage growth and accountability.
+ Implement programs to drive professional development, leadership readiness, and skill-building in a highly technical workforce.
+ Stay up to date on federal and state employment laws and regulations, maintaining compliance across all HR functions.
Requirements
+ 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a management role (experience in technology or a related field strongly preferred).
+ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field required; SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus.
+ Familiarity with the challenges of hiring technical talent and aligning HR strategies with a fast-paced, innovation-centric environment.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives while inspiring collaboration and engagement across all levels of the organization.
+ Proficiency in employment law, compliance, payroll systems, employee relations, and benefits administration.
+ Proven success in building processes and programs in rapidly growing or evolving work environments.
+ Commitment to fostering an innovative and inclusive work environment reflective of our company’s values.
