We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee various HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, initial interviews, and performance reviews. The ideal candidate will manage payroll, benefits, and employee relations while contributing to a positive work environment and company culture.

Job Responsibilities:Manage onboarding and offboarding processesConduct initial interviews and manage I9, background checks, and drug testsOversee ADP payroll processing, time card checks, and PTO requestsPlan and schedule company eventsConduct performance reviews and manage disciplinary actionsAdminister benefits, open enrollment, and 401k plansOrder office supplies and maintain inventoryDevelop and implement new employee orientationsAddress and manage issues related to sexual harassmentEssential Skills & Qualifications:3-5 years of experience in human resourcesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExperience with all aspects of Human ResourcesAbility to handle confidential and sensitive informationAvailability to work on Saturdays during tax season (can work remote)Preferred Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human ResourcesSHRM certificationPersonable and looking for growth opportunities within the company

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
