Human Resources Manager - Operations
**Job Description:** Alpine is a leading provider of industry solutions for component manufacturers helping design and manufacture the highest quality roof, floor and wall components. Our comprehensive product suite includes software, engineering services, connector plates, equipment and premier cold formed steel truss system. We are seeking a **Human Resources Manager-Operations** to join our team. As a key member of the Alpine HR team, this role will report to the Division HR Director and partner closely with the Alpine operations teams supporting our manufacturing locations in Litchfield, IL, Grand Prairie, TX, and Pontotoc, MS, a total of approximately 150 employees. The HR Manager-Operations will be responsible for providing holistic support to the operations functions in a strong business partner capacity, and will have two direct reports. Preferably, this role will be based in Litchfield, IL or Grand Prairie, TX. **Primary Responsibilities:** + Lead HR activity for operations teams related to major initiatives including diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, and talent development + Develop and implement strategic improvement plans for business opportunities, leveraging data analysis (KPIs) to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency + Drive cultural assessment of manufacturing locations to create a strategic employee experience plan and ensure alignment with the overall business objectives + Provide coaching to managers on leadership development, performance management, and organizational effectiveness to foster high performing, engaged teams + Ensure workplace planning and acquisition strategy is in place for talent pipeline + Identify and accelerate development of hi-potential talent through intentional and differentiated development plans + Act as a “culture champion” by promoting and embedding ITW’s Core Values in daily responsibilities + Additional projects as assigned **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field required + 6+ years of progressive, strategic experience in all facets of human resources, preferably within the manufacturing industry + Demonstrated experience in developing a strong talent pipeline aligned to meet business objectives + Proven ability to partner and influence across all levels of the organization through strong business acumen, strategic insights, and exceptional communication skills + Demonstrated track record of delivering great results individually and through a team + HRIS proficiency (Workday preferred) with strong ability to develop, analyze, and present data to inform decision making + Ability to travel up to 20% **Additional Information:** ITW is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer. The specific hiring rate within the posted pay range will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications, prior experience, and the geographic location. In Illinois, the pay rate will be between $110,000 - $120,000 + eligibility to participate in an annual incentive plan.
