Human Resources Mgmt 1: Human Resources Supervisor - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or similar. (Master degree is a plus)
- 1+ year of experience in Human Resources in a Management position.
- Knowledge of HR administration, compensations, recruitment, employee relations, and union relations.
- People and process management skills.
- Ensures compliance with the labor Code of conduct.
- Experience in a manufacturing / multinational company is preferred.
- Experience working as a coach for managerial staff to ensure that HR policies, programs, and procedures are met.
- Advanced English skills.
- Previous experience in Electronic Industry is a plus. Directs the planning, development, implementation, administration, and budgeting of most or all of the following human resource functions: employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, equal employment opportunity, organizational development, affirmative action, HRIS training, and health and safety services programs. Manages the activities of the team and is responsible for staffing decisions, training and development, and performance management of the staff. Advises company management in personnel policy and program matters, making or recommending appropriate decisions as consistent with strategic direction. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
