**Adecco is hiring for a HR/Office Manager in Berkeley, MO! This is a direct hire role offering a competitive salary!**
**Job Description:**
Responsible for planning, coordinating and managing the Hospice and Palliative Care Office. Complete all activities and databases relating to employee Background Checks, OIG and LEIE, and EDL, office orientation, billing and scheduling Hospice nonprofessional staff.
1. Process employee applications. Completes The FCSR, all background checks; including LEIE and E-Verify.
2. Check professional and driver’s license verification for all professional staff and notify employees of expirations 30 days in advance.
3. Directs the implementation of Q/A work methods and procedures to ensure that consistent employee recruitment, selection, retention, hiring practices, orientation and termination procedures are handled in accordance with applicable law and regulations.
4. Monitors competitor’s wage, salary and benefit structures and make recommendations to the Executive Director for compensation adjustments to ensure that the Deer Valley Home Health Services is competitive in the market.
5. Works with the professional management team for Q/A and
6. Assists the Executive Director/Administrator in the preparation of the annual budget for the department and monitors the allocation of resources according to budgetary limitations.
7. Coordinates and participates in community awareness and recruitment activities such as career fairs.
8. Works with the management team in identifying employee education needs and develops orientation and continuing education programs for employees.
9. Maintains confidentiality of all employee information and files.
10. Annually monitors personnel satisfaction with benefits and work environment and reports the results per organization practice.
**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field, Master’s degree preferred.
2. PHR/SPHR/GPHR is preferred.
3. At least three years’ experience in health care management, preferably in-home care operations or two years of experience in employee recruitment and training preferred.
4. Knowledge of state, federal and Joint Commission regulations relating to employment and
employee education.
5. Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and public relations skills.
6. Demonstrates autonomy, organization, assertiveness, flexibility, and cooperation in performing job responsibilities.

**Pay Details:** $25.00 to $28.00 per hour
