WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Human Resources Onboarding Coordinator, you will own the initial safeguards in new hire compliance while creating a welcoming and efficient new hire experience. Additional responsibilities include:

Manage and oversee the entire onboarding process, ensuring new hires have a positive and efficient experience from offer acceptance through their first day while simultaneously ensuring that hiring personnel are informed on the progress of their potential new hire.Audit onboarding documentation for completeness, accuracy, while ensuring it complies with federal and state guidelines and PSSI policies and procedures.Evaluate candidate eligibility for hire by conducting background checks, processing E-Verify, processing SSNVS, and analyzing the results.Evaluate new hire documentation and render eligibility based both on government requirements and PSSI hiring criteria.Facilitate calls and prepare packages for new plant start-ups.Track and manage new hire data in HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company and legal standards.Regularly update and maintain onboarding documentation, ensuring it aligns with company policies, accuracy, and legal standards.Identify opportunities to enhance the onboarding experience, incorporating and sharing feedback from new hires and leadership to continuously improve the process.Receive and reply timely to multiple cross-functional partners, customers, and peers across multiple communication channels.Create, manage, run, and distribute reports on Onboarding progress, performance, and KPIs.Coach cross-functional partners including operations management on PSSI policies and procedures around the hiring process.Identify and communicate trends and solutions as applicable to cross-functional partners.Work within various human resources and payroll platforms.Other duties as assigned.


YOUR MUST HAVES:

Must be 18 years of age or older.High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR or office administrative position, preferably within onboarding or team member services.Proven organizational and multitasking skills, with a strong attention to detail.Demonstrated professional communication skills (oral and written).Efficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, and HRIS systems.Ability and commitment to adhere to PSSI confidentiality policies.

WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:

Bachelor’s degree in business with human resource emphasis or relevant work experience.Bilingual (Spanish) skills to include written and verbal translations.Initiative-taker with the ability to work as a team and independently.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large workload.Previous experience in onboarding or human resources, particularly in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

OUR ENVIRONMENT:

This is a hybrid role, partially based at the Corporate Headquarters, combining time in a traditional office setting with remote work from your professional home office. You will be expected to work on-site at minimum three days a week. The position requires sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
