Human Resources Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking an Onboarding and Staffing Specialist to join our team here at DOCS Health. 

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a working knowledge of labor legislation and current Human Resource Practices. Ultimately we need an Onboarding and Staffing Specialist who has excellent communication skills, and enjoys helping candidates begin their next career adventure!


Responsibilities:

Communicate with new hires in regard to details about the company, including parking information, work schedules, and dress codes.Welcome new hires with prepared on-boarding kits and an office tour.Introduce new hires to their team members.Provide new hires with manuals, guidelines, and passwords, as needed.Detail all new hires' initial tasks and answering any queries.Ensure new hires have the necessary technical assistance to set up their hardware and software.Gather and file all paperwork related to new hires, including contracts and non-disclosure agreements.Arrange products, company demos, and presentations. Requirements Bachelor's or Associates degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of degree.Experience working in a Human Resources Department with a focus in onboarding, preferredProficient in Microsoft SuitExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Resume DatabasesGood working knowledge of Human Resources practices and labor legislationThe ability to work with sensitive and confidential informationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong teamwork skillsGood organizational and time management skills
