Inviting applications for the role of Human Resources Operations – Domain Trainee – French – Hybrid Bucharest

In this role you will provide consistent and professional support to associates, across EMEA region, enquiries, and requests thru case management tools.

Responsibilities
• Support of HR in the HR administrative function and also payroll. Is the primary point of contact between HR and employees.
• Record new entrants' hires in the system and maintain their administrative record.
• Ensure that administrative records are properly kept and that they are complete in the tool as well as on the other data bases.
• Management of sick leave/accidents at work.
• Manage documents relating to the life of the employee in the company (trial period, work certificates, return to his position after a suspension of contracts, etc.)
• Manage endorsements for headquarters employees and executives.
• For some departures, manage the reclassification files (training, payment of advance requests, payment of premiums start-ups, transfer elements to payroll to establish balances for any account)
• Track benefits in kind, e.g. company vehicles
• Update organizational charts and ensure data consistency (Data quality)
• Handle HR inquiries via email, HR cases and phone/chat in a professional and timely manner ensuring outstanding quality of customer support.
• Administer employee life-cycle programs depending on the scope of responsibilities (stream or market based)
• Preparing necessary documents for employees
• Assures HR policies and processes are followed by all involved parties for assigned scope as per process agreements (escalate inconsistencies),
• Establish and/or update process documentation (SOP, templates)
• Maintain good relationships with Stakeholders
• Constantly strive for process improvements by identifying process gaps and participating in improvements initiatives within own area of responsibility and by sharing across team
• Assist with regional translations
• Ensure services delivered are in accordance with established Service level Agreement (SLA) and internal Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
• Complete mandatory trainings and assignments in timely manner
• To perform other duties as assigned by the Team Lead as and when required.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
· Analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Bachelor / Master´s degree.
· Knowledge of social law
· Prioritization capability
· Privacy management
· Knowledge of labor law and payroll
· Very good knowledge of HR tools and processes
· Knowledge of MS office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook.
· Proficient French and English (C1)
· Professional background involving problem solving and dealing with internal customers.
· Ability to work with confidential/sensitive data

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
1. You have the relevant experience in working in the HR / Administration Team
2. Workday and Service Now knowledge will be an asset
3. Previous experience working in Shared Services
