Human Resources Operations Analyst

From endlessly recyclable aluminum cans, and cups, to aerosol bottles, our goal is to contribute to a better community, society, and world.** **Position overview:** The Human Resources Operations Anlayst ensures a complete HR service is delivered to the business in order to create an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes business excellence and ongoing development. **Key responsibilities include:** + Acting as a Business Partner and an expert resource on local laws and regulations/ issues that influence the business. + Ensuring the utilization and improvement of HR Core processes. + Supporting HR Manager in managing performance, development, career processes. + Organizing trainings, taking necessary recording and evaluation. + User and administrator of SAP HR, HR Portal. + Taking care of new comer onboarding activities. + Preparing of monthly HR reports including overtime, absenteeism, recruitment and HR updates. + Supporting HR Manager in ensuring good communications, employee feedback, creating a sustainable talent pipeline and recruiting the best fit candidates for current vacancies. + Supporting HR Manager in formulating and managing the business growth. + Preparing payroll input files, working with outsourced payroll company, taking necessary approvals, making salaries paid on time and correct. **What are we looking for?** + University Degree or relevant experience in the HR field + 1 to 3 years of operations HR experience + Other relevant experience and exposure to HR such as internship/practice periods is highly valued. + Good knowledge of recruiting, performance management, employee satisfaction. + Understanding of payroll management process and local labor law. + Understanding of HRIS. + Fluent English and Spanish. **Ball Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
