Responsible for completing administrative and operational duties that align with department and organizational strategic goals. Completes job duties in a consistent, accurate and timely manner, leading to consistent organization-wide human resources (HR) processes and policies. Effectively utilizes human capital management system and all relevant technology solutions to perform functions effectively.
Job Duties Serves as a subject matter expert for assigned operational responsibilities.Maintains knowledge of policies, procedures and applicable regulations, including relevant knowledge of all HR Operations functions.Provides backup coverage to human resources peers as required.Shares knowledge among team members; develops communications, summaries, email templates and presentations to educate various audiences.Ensures accuracy of data in human capital management system and all relevant technology solutions.Reviews and reacts to operational audit reports, as applicable.Responds to inquiries and requests when transferred from the Employee Contact Center, providing timely and excellent customer service.Develops and regularly maintains process documentation detailing workflows.Maintains understanding of business processes applicable to job responsibilities.Problem solves and troubleshoots to provide creative solutions.Proactively seeks out solutions and process improvements to gain efficiencies and enhance the employee, contingent worker, candidate and manager experiences.Collaborates with all areas of HR, as well as appropriate teams outside of HR, to ensure positive experiences.

Position DetailsPrimary work assignment: employee loans administration
Primary work location will be work from home; position will require travel and onsite presence to Lewistown, PA 5 times per month for I-9 Administration.
