We are hiring a Human Resources partner for our Vancouver insurance client. This position handles all HR administration, benefits administration, review policies and much more. This is an ideal role for someone looking for a varied HR position. The position is fully in office.
About the Client
With multiple locations across the Lower Mainland, our well-established client is a family-owned insurance brokerage that has been servicing clients for over 35 years. They offer various types of insurance services including personal lines, commercial lines, travel, Life, and Health Insurance.
About the PositionDay to day HR operations.Reviews policies and makes recommendations.Benefits administration.Professional development and licensing.Recruitment.Onboarding and training,Manages employee files and maintains HRIS.Acts as the main point of contact for HR inquiries.Payroll approvals.Ad-hoc projects.
The Requirements4+ years of Human Resources experience Generalist level and above.Degree or diploma in Human Resources.CPHR designation is an asset, candidates working towards will also be considered.Strong overall knowledge of HR legislation.Prior experience updating policies.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.Must be highly organized.Prior experience managing employee education and licensing programs is an asset.Experience approving payroll and working knowledge of ADP.
Compensation and BenefitsAnnual salary range $75,000 - $90,000 depending on experience.3 weeks vacation.Extended medical and dental.Education support.Professional designation dues.
