Responsibilities and Duties
Vermillion Convalescent Center is seeking a compassionate Human Resources & Payroll Coordinator who wants to make a difference and be part of a team who excels to succeed. Candidates who can perform the following need apply:
Processes weekly payroll.Calculate manual time cards.Maintains personnel records.Maintains group health insurance records.Maintains workers compensation records.Reports record of hours to Corporate office for payroll preparation.Maintains adequate and detailed payroll records as required by law and keeps the records properly stored for future reference. Individual records shall indicate holidays, vacations and paid leave.Conduct new hire orientation.Recruitment tasks, as directed and needed.Accounts Payable functions.Qualifications and Skills
High school graduate or its equivalent.Manual calculation of traditional time cards required.Previous skilled nursing facility experience preferred. Previous business office experience highly desirable.We’d love for you to grow with us! Vermillion Convalescent Center offers:
