Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually
Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations of the People Services department, contributing to strategic planning for staffing, training, and financial targets. Ensure compliance with HR-related government regulations and maintain accurate recordkeeping. Oversee performance management processes, ensuring timely evaluations, goal-setting, and consistent talent management practices. Support the recruitment process, including conducting interviews and utilizing/updating the applicant tracking system. Coordinate and conduct competency-based hiring interviews. Participate in wage surveys, analyze data, and make recommendations. Assist with coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions as needed. Support the administration of employee benefits, open enrollment, FMLA, and leave of absence (LOA) functions. Qualifications A combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma or relevant training and experience. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and HRIS systems. Strong communication skills with fluency in English, both verbal and written, and excellent employee relations skills.Benefits
