Our HR Professionals will:

 

Assist employees and management in solving both day-to-day and larger-scale, work-related issues by gathering information, assessing potential risk, recommending appropriate solutions and/or advising management accordingly. Provide employee relations support such as conflict resolution, assisting and advising management on disciplinary action and performance improvement counseling. Provide employee engagement support by facilitating clear communication, change management, training and development resources, and coordinating activities and events. Assist management throughout the recruiting and hiring processes, ensuring all required documents, files and reports are prepared and processed in a timely manner. Review and process approved personnel actions including, payroll, compensation changes, leaves of absence, etc. Collect, review and prepare information for statistical and regulatory reporting, surveys, employee communications, process improvement, payroll processing, etc.

 

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking proactive, talented Generalists & HR Managers who are interested in becoming a strategic business partner to functional leadership and employees at all levels to ensure they are equipped for success.

 

If you have…

 

A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and four years of job specific experience. Or eight years of HR experience An HR Certification (a plus) Broad knowledge of the laws, regulations, policies, procedures and practical application governing the functions of Human Resources Strong math and analytical skills and the ability to interpret and adapt known methods, system procedures or operating concepts to new situations. Both verbal & written fluency in English & Spanish (strongly preferred)
