Essential Duties

Take incoming calls from team members who need help or information regarding a business process, policy, or procedureRespond to incoming emails to provide guidance or resolution in a timely mannerDocument incoming requests receivedEscalate unresolved intake to the appropriate business unitComplete employment verification requestsOpen and Close E-Verify CasesAssist with time sensitive mailingsAssist and research audit reports  

 

Skills/Knowledge:

Display a positive and professional attitudeGood listening, verbal, and written communication skills including phone etiquetteDetail orientedProductiveBasic computer proficiency, working knowledge of word, excel and e-mail.Ability to work in a high-paced work environmentGood multi-tasking skillsAbility to resolve challenges and problem solveMust have the ability to change work direction at any given time  

 

Qualified candidates must be flexible to work varying shifts based on the needs of the business, including switching shifts, working weekends and holidays.

 

Schedule/Hours: Full-Time Position

Days Vary: Monday through SaturdayHours Vary: 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.Holidays
