As the Early Career Liaison, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the Space Systems Pathways program, driving innovation, and enhancing the experience for our early career talent. Reporting to the Space Systems Sector, Early Careers & Site Experience Team Lead, you'll collaborate with diverse teams across the organization to create a dynamic and supportive environment for growth and development.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or similar field with 2+ years of directly related professional experience – OR – Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or similar field with 1+ years of directly related professional experience.Proven expertise in planning and project management.Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.A passion for teamwork and a track record of driving change.No clearance required to start.Preferred Qualifications:

Salary Range: $73,900.00 - $110,900.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
